What's Your Process?

It all starts with a friendly, no obligation chat.

At this stage we’ll get a good understanding of what you want to create, what you need it for and when you need it by.

Don’t worry, we don’t expect everyone calling to know all about design principles and materials! If you do, and you’ve got something specific in mind – that’s great! If you’re just beginning to cook up and idea, let’s talk through it and have one of our experts advice the next steps. We also have a talented in-house design team so assist throughout the process.

After we’re all on the same page with what we’re creating, it’ll go off to our design team. From here you’ll get a free 3D render to get an idea of what your product will look like!

This is where you can really get stuck in, we use the 3D render as a foundation for the shaping and style of your product, so if you don’t like something you see – just let us know!

We introduced this stage into our process so our clients don’t have to wait around for changes to the physical samples early on, and we could get your feedback as soon as possible.

Once you’re happy with your 3D mock-up, your product will then be moved into the physical design stage. This is the point where your project will really start to come together.

Again – Don’t like something? Change it!

That’s right! We also offer unlimited revisions to the physical prototype, so you can rest assured you’ll love your finished product.

We know your time is valuable. Which is why throughout the entire process you’ll have a single point of contact. They’ll contact you with any information you need to know along the way, it also makes it easy for you to call and receive the most up-to-date information on the status of your project. You’ll have a direct number and email for your Project Manager, to make communication as streamlined as possible!

During the physical prototyping stage, you can ask to get your current sample sent out to you at no cost, so if you feel it would be better to get it in hand – you can!

Then, once you’re happy with your product, we’ll get your batch sent over to you for your Custom Toys to start putting in the work. They’ll be employee of the month in no time!
